Tim is a dynamic construction professional with over 20 years' experience delivering projects in the public and private sectors.
A professional member of the Association for Project Management, Chartered Institute for Building and Association for
Project Safety, he has overall responsibility for the operation of the business. Tim has long-standing
relationships with our existing clients ensuring that we deliver on our commitments.

Mike Armstrong
PROJECT MANAGER
who has amassed a record of successful delivery in the health, education and construction sectors.
Mike has provided technical advice to professional teams and acted as in-house technical adviser to client bodies.

Peter Brown
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Peter is an experienced Operational Director having spent over 35 years
delivering projects in health and other sectors.

Matt Pearson
ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER
Matthew has undertaken 12 years of Healthcare Architecture working extensively in the NHS,
involving working on both new-build and refurbishment schemes with the use of Traditional JCT & NEC
forms of Contract, Design/Build, P21+ & PFI procurement routes.

Charlotte Neilson
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Charlotte has over 15 years’ experience working for main contractors in project delivery starting as a student placement,
progressing to Site Manager and then to Construction Manager. She has worked on schools and defence projects,
but her main focus has been on delivering large scale hospitals.
She enjoys healthcare projects and is always proud to hand over the finished product to the client.
